Genebre's new 3094Z anti-lime angle valve offers an advanced and effective solution to one of the most common problems in plumbing installations: limescale buildup. Designed specifically to resist mineral deposits found in hard water, this valve sets the standard in terms of durability and performance in environments with high lime content.
The anti-lime polymer shaft is at the heart of the 3094Z valve's anti-scale technology. Unlike traditional materials, the anti-scale polymer has excellent resistance to the adhesion of minerals such as calcium and magnesium, which are responsible for the formation of limescale deposits in hydraulic components. This material not only prevents limescale buildup, but also ensures smooth and efficient operation throughout the product's lifetime.
Key benefits of the 3094Z anti-scale system
-Resistance to lime adhesion: the anti-scale polymer naturally repels limescale deposits, thus preventing the typical blockages that form in valves exposed to hard water. This ensures that the water flow remains constant and unobstructed, reducing maintenance interventions.
-Smooth and precise operation: thanks to the low friction coefficient properties of the anti-scale polymer, the spindle allows for effortless maneuvering. This makes the valve easy to use, even after long periods of non-use, and ensures that it continues to operate reliably at all times.
-Long service life: the combination of the anti-scale polymer shaft and Genebre's eccentric closure system ensures that the 3094Z valve offers high durability. The prevention of limescale deposits extends the service life of the valve and maintains its optimal performance for longer than conventional valves.
-Easy installation and reduced maintenance: designed to minimize scaling, the valve requires less maintenance, significantly reducing the costs associated with frequent repairs and replacements in hard water systems.
Technical Features
Standard bore angle valve with several interesting technical details, such as its forged brass body (CW617N) in accordance with UNE-EN 12165, its closure by means of an anti-scale polymer (POM) eccentric shaft, a Genebre proprietary system, its 1/4 turn Zamac control (ergonomic, resistant, durable, easy to use, polished finish, elegant), its double O-ring seal in NBR to ensure maximum tightness, and stainless steel rosette.
